At tokidokk, we strive to deliver our designer toys and streetwear to fans worldwide as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping terms below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following estimated delivery times:

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
tokidokk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Damaged Items
If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact our support team at sale@tokidokk.shop immediately to file a claim.
